Post Graduate Course in Mathematics was shifted to KMCPGS(Centre for PG studies-nearby campus) during 1989 along with other PG Courses.

Initial Location of

Mathematics Department : Ground Floor of Main Building Vertically

below the Principal's Office .

The Under Graduate Course in Mathematics was shifted to the present new building during 1999.
The Department is running only B.Sc., Course in Mathematics at present.

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

SPACE

Building facilities are sufficient for running the classes and accommodating the staff(built up area of the department-6000 sqft)

Seprate rooms for staff and HOD are available

FURNITURE

Just sufficient toaccommodate the student and staff.

INTERCOM FACILITY

INTERCOM is available in the Department to interact with the principal and Other Departmens in times of need.

COMPUTER FACILITY:

A System is available in the Department to prepare statements/documents connected with academic matters and Departmental administration.

LIBRARY FACILITIES

Apart from 3000 books (mathematics) available in the general library which caters to the needs of the students, there are about 900 books in the department library also which are highly useful for teachers for reference and class preparation. Few journals in mathematics are also available for reference in the general library.

2. A G G S T Research Journal. (Quarterly)
3. Mathematics News letter. (Bi-yearly)

Recently our Department is equipped with the above said projectors which we have proposed to utilize during seminer presentations.
